We are pleased that you are considering adding your child to our family and would love the chance to help in the development and preparation for your child’s future.     Procedure

    Your first step to seeking admission for your child is to complete the application form. Download and fill out the form, and then submit it in one of the following ways:

    1.)   Email it as an attachment
    2.)   Fax it to us
    3.)   Mail it to our address
    4.)   Or submit it in person

  • Required Documents

    1.)  In addition to a completed application form, each of the following documents is needed as part of the admission process for every     student.
    2.)  Attested Birth Certificate
    3.)  School Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
    4.)  Medical Certificate
    5.)  Two Recent Photographs
    6.)  Progress Report of the Previous Class
    7.)  Copies of any achievement certificates – academic, athletic, extracurricular, etc.
    8.)  Student holding foreign passports are required to submit copies of their immigration documents.
